Parent & TOT
This class is a fun introduction to tumbling and trampoline for 2-year-olds! A parent/guardian must stay with your child. In our Mommy & Me classes, kids develop balance, flexibility, coordination, and social skills in a safe, separate space—all while learning basics like bunny hops, bear crawls, forward rolls, and cartwheels.

FUNdamental Tumbling
In our Tumbling & Trampoline classes, students of all ages and levels learn tumbling and trampoline in a safe, positive environment. Our highly trained staff and low student-to-instructor ratios ensure personalized coaching and proper progressions. Classes start with stretching and then focus on skill development for safe, effective learning.

TUMBLE Tots
Our Developmental Tumbling Classes build strength, flexibility, coordination, and fine motor skills. In our Tumble Tots Classes, kids learn beginner to intermediate tumbling and trampoline skills—like bunny hops, bear crawls, rolls, and cartwheels—in a safe, age-appropriate setting away from the main gym.

3 Years: 45 Minutes/Once per week
4-5 Years: 1 hour/Once per week

Homeschool Tumbling & Trampoline
Our Homeschool classes run during the day in the fall and spring, offering tumbling and trampoline training for all levels. Sessions start with stretches and focus on building strength, flexibility, and coordination through proper progressions in small, personalized groups.

School Cheer Tryout Prep
Our School Cheer Tryout Prep program is now offered year round, and crafted to ready athletes for school cheer tryouts. In this program, you'll develop essential cheer skills including motion technique, spriting, cheer, chant, dance, and an understanding of the tryout format.

All Boys Tumbling & Trampoline
Our All Boys classes begin with stretches, then focus on floor tumbling and trampoline skills to build strength, coordination, and flexibility—ideal for any sport or activity. Plus, boys really enjoy learning together in an all-boys setting!
